As 2021 comes to a close, we wanted to take a moment to extend our appreciation and thanks to all of our customers. Over the past year, we made a number of enhancements and improvements to our website to enrich the customer experience on Boeing, formerly Aviall.
We added detailed product content for over 5000 products and developed category and brand pages, all in an effort to provide more in-depth information on our product and service offerings. We updated our homepage with new navigation that links to our featured brands and promotions and we added a new product recommendation carousel based on our most popular selling items. We also added a new section on the home page to provide quick links for your most common questions - checking order status, resetting your password and finding your invoice.
We added Live Chat, allowing you to speak directly with one of our customer service representatives when a question or inquiry arises. In doing so, we can quickly address your current issue without the need of a phone call.
We launched our new Shelf-Life Click and Pick Tool giving you visibility to the percent and days remaining for eligible material. You can save money when you select relevant materials such as chemicals and consumables with lower shelf life. Customers are already finding more ways to save with over 70k clicks across our new shelf-life ranges.
As we move into the New Year, you will continue to see additional improvements and enhancements to our site. Some of these additions will include single sign-on, customer specific product recommendations and discounts, as well as customer experience improvements across our eCommerce site.
