Repair Management Services (RMS) is a program in which Boeing serves as your single source to access a global network of third party, Part-145 repair stations approved under the Boeing Distribution (formerly Aviall) Supplier Quality System. You receive FAA approved repairs supporting a variety of Boeing and other OEM aircraft including the following aviation segments: commercial, regional, business, and rotorcraft.

The Boeing Team
  • Our team provides you with a single point of contact for all your repair needs and manages the entire process including, vendor auditing, quoting, tracking, accounting, etc. 
  • Repair/overhaul rates are negotiated using Boeing strategic sourcing
  • The large volume of repair orders submitted to our repair network benefits customers by streamlining their transaction process and providing timely service from vendors

Our Repair Station Network
  • We use a global network of over 250 third party repair stations to support a wide variety of jobs and requirements
  • Our repair suppliers are chosen from those with a capability and history of providing excellent customer service, high quality, reasonable turn times, tech support, and reliability
  • Third party vendor repairs are in accordance with FAA/EASA approved manufacturer Instructions for Continued Airworthiness including Dual Release 8130-3

The Repair Process
  • Customers have the option to ship property to Boeing or ship directly to repair vendors depending on their needs
  • Component repairs are tracked throughout the repair process from customer point of origination to point of use location
