Flight Training

Boeing Virtual Airplane

A modular training suite for validated, device-based flight deck practice

What is Virtual Airplane?

Virtual Airplane (VA) is a modular, cloud-enabled training suite that combines procedure, systems, and scenario practice into a single platform, enabling airlines to scale consistent, repeatable training across their entire operation.

Each module pairs focused, interactive lessons with a centralized authoring tool, which instructors and training managers use to create learning materials and measure student performance.

Many airlines face limited simulator availability, inconsistent delivery across bases, and rising training costs. Virtual Airplane addresses these gaps by increasing hands-on practice, standardizing lessons across fleets, and capturing data to simplify compliance and improve overall flight readiness.
