| Jay Gibson Jay Gibson is the Boeing Global Services (BGS) Product Marketing leader responsible for interiors modifications. He began his career with Boeing working as an industrial engineer on the 737, 757, and 787 programs. The production environment provided a strong foundation for knowledge of airplanes and Boeing processes. It was here that Jay developed his passion for aviation and strong sense of customer focus. Later, to better understand the services and modification side of aviation, Jay sought out opportunities in business operations, project management, and marketing. Here, he developed a solid understanding of the products and services required to meet aviation needs. His current role in product marketing for interiors is a natural fit combining his passion for travel, aviation, and education. Jay looks forward to developing and bringing interiors solutions to market that improve the passenger experience and drive operational efficiencies. Jay is frequent traveler. For work or pleasure he takes the passenger perspective seriously. He’s been known to time boarding queues and evaluate the process with a guiding belief that there’s no such thing as too much overhead bin space. |
