Before joining Boeing, he served as a pilot in the U.S. Air Force for over eight years. His expertise in training development ensures that Boeing’s pilot programs meet the highest industry standards.

Before joining Boeing, Stuart held key leadership roles at TUI, including Head of Training & Standards and Director of Flight Operations, where he oversaw training and operational excellence. A recognized industry expert, he has also contributed to EASA’s B787 Joint Operational Evaluation Board (JOEB) and frequently speaks on aviation safety and training methodologies.
