His extensive experience includes a decade of service with the U.S. Navy, where he specialized in electronics maintenance and training as a Master Training Specialist, and an additional 15 years with the U.S. Air Force, focusing on aviation maintenance and training. Thom’s commitment to education and training is underpinned by a robust academic foundation, including a Master of Arts in Adult Education and Training, a Master of Management, a Bachelor of Science in Electronics, and an Associate of Science in Avionics Systems Technology.
