During this activity, Boeing Aviation ID end-users attempting to authenticate with Authy Application or Text/Voice One-Time Passcode during this activity may receive a "System Error" screen. There will be no impact to users logging in with Exostar Hard Token, Direct Federation (Express Connect) or users who are already logged in. End-Users who need to use MyBoeingFleet Portal (or any of its applications) during the 30 minutes service interruption window, should login into the system prior to the Service Interruption window Start Time. If you or your users are unable to login to Aviation ID following the service interruption window, please close all browser windows, start a new browser session and login again. If additional support is needed, please contact Boeing using the instructions below.??????
