Boeing Flight School Solutions Trivia Game Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS PROMOTION.

The Boeing Flight School Solutions Trivia Game (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Boeing Global Services (“Sponsor”), located at 5905 Legacy Drive, Suite 325, Plano, TX 75024.

1. Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island, New York, and Florida ) who (i) are in attendance at the EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2024 air show; and (ii) are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older) upon entry. Directors, officers, members, managers, and employees of Sponsor and any of their respective parent companies, affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, professional advisors, advertising, promotional, public relations, and fulfillment agencies, consultants, legal counsel, website providers, web masters, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and “step” child, wherever they may live) of each are not eligible to win any prize.

2. Promotion Period: Promotion starts at 10:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on July 23, 2024, July 24, 2024 and July 25, 2024 and ends at approximately 10:30 a.m. CT each day (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period is composed of three Trivia Games, one occurring on each day of the Promotion Period. The Promotion Period for each Trivia Game starts at 10:00 a.m. CT and continues until there is a one winner. At the end of each Trivia Game, Sponsor will announce the winner with the most correct answers for that Trivia Game. If there is a tie between participants, those participants will continue to answer questions until there is a winner. Only participants of the applicable Trivia Game will be eligible to win the prize available for that Trivia Game.

3. How to Enter: To enter, during the Promotion Period, visit the Boeing booth at the EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2024 at 10:00 a.m. CT and use the tablet provided at the table to complete the registration for that day’s Trivia Game. Then use the QR code provided to play the Trivia Game using your smart phone or other smart device. Limit: ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER TRIVIA GAME DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD (3 ENTRIES TOTAL DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD). ENTRIES WILL NOT CARRY OVER INTO SUBSEQUENT TRIVIA GAMES. Any attempt to obtain additional entries in excess of these rules, including through multiple or duplicate accounts, may result in disqualification.

4. Winner Selection and Notification: At or about 10:30 a.m. CT on each day of the Promotion Period, Sponsor will announce the name of the winner of a prize with the most correct answers received for that Trivia Game. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the number of correct answers by participant. TO CLAIM A PRIZE, THE POTENTIAL WINNER MUST BE IN PERSON AT THE BOEING BOOTH AT THE EAA AIRVENTURE OSHKOSH 2024 AIR SHOW. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor may require each potential winner to sign and return, at the time the prize is presented, an affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity release, and other legal, regulatory or tax-related documents required at Sponsor’s discretion (“Affidavit and Related Documents”) in order to claim a prize. If (i) the potential winner is not present; (ii) the Affidavit and Related Documents are not signed and returned; or (iii) if potential winner is otherwise unable to accept the prize as stated, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Only three alternate winners will be selected for each prize, after which the remaining prize(s) will not be awarded. If, by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number specified in these Official Rules, alternate winner(s) will be selected in accordance with the above selection process from among all valid claimants to award the prize(s) available. The potential winner is subject to verification by Sponsor, whose decisions related to the Promotion are final and binding. An entrant is not a winner of the prize unless and until entrant’s eligibility has been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete.

5. Prize: Three (3) winners will each receive a gift card to Boeing Stores, Inc. in the amount of $50.00, subject to applicable terms and conditions. One (1) winner will be selected for each Trivia Game. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $50.00. Total ARV of all prizes: $150.00. Prize Restrictions/Terms: Prize only covers the amount of the gift card provided. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions or exchanges of any prize (including for cash) will be permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value for any prize. Only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules are available to be won in the Promotion. LIMIT ONE PRIZE PER PERSON. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes or prize components. Except for applicable manufacturer’s standard warranties, the prizes are awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Any unclaimed or unused prize (or portion of the prize package) will remain the property of Sponsor. To accept the prize, winner must agree to all terms, conditions, and other requirements from Boeing Stores, Inc. to access and use the gift card. Refusal to accept any applicable Boeing Stores, Inc. terms or other requirements will result in potential winner forfeiting the prize.

6. Privacy; Name and Likeness Release: See Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://www.boeing.com/privacy-and-cookie-policy.page. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, submitting an entry to the Promotion constitutes permission to use entrant’s name, city of residence, biographical information, likeness, and other indicia of persona, without limitation, in connection with the Promotion and for Sponsor's advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes without further permission or compensation. By entering this Promotion, you consent to being contacted by Sponsor for any purpose in connection with this Promotion and for marketing and advertising purposes.

7. General Terms and Conditions: YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, AND EXCLUSIVELY BY THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF TEXAS OR THE APPROPRIATE STATE COURT LOCATED IN TEXAS. THESE OFFICIAL RULES ARE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS, WITHOUT REGARD TO CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAWS RULES. YOU WAIVE ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THESE COURTS AND HEREBY SUBMIT TO THE JURISDICTION OF THOSE COURTS. This Promotion is subject to all applicable state and federal laws and is void where prohibited. Any provision of these Official Rules deemed unenforceable will be enforced to the extent permissible, and the remainder of these Official Rules will remain in effect. Sponsor reserves the right to amend these Official Rules or to terminate this Promotion. Sponsor and any of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, professional advisors, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, public relations firms, advertising, fulfillment and marketing agencies, and any of their respective directors, officers, members, managers, and employees (collectively, the “Released Parties”) will not be responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (b) phone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (c) any Promotion disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor or the Released Parties; or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to release Sponsor and all Released Parties from any liability whatsoever and waive any and all causes of action, whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory, arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any prize (including claims for costs, losses, personal injuries, death, or damages of any kind, such as damage to or destruction of property or damages related to rights of publicity or privacy, moral rights, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional). TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SPONSOR AND THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF PROFITS OR LOSS OF DATA, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION OR USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY EQUIPMENT PROVIDED FOR USE IN THE PROMOTION OR ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF A RELEASED PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. By participating in this Promotion, you certify that you have complied with these Official Rules and satisfy all of the eligibility requirements listed above. The use of the terms “includes,” “include” or “including” in these Official Rules is illustrative and not limiting.
