Boeing announced the continuation of its exclusive Distribution and Supply Agreement (DSA) with AeroControlex for mechanical actuation products, reinforcing a partnership of over 40 years. The announcement, shared in conjunction with MRO Europe in London this year, highlights the companies’ shared commitments to reliable supply, technical performance, and aftermarket readiness for Boeing platform operators worldwide.
Why it matters
The renewed DSA preserves an exclusive global channel for AeroControlex mechanical actuation parts used on Boeing fleets, helping MROs and operators maintain timely access to critical components. With roughly 90% of the business tied to commercial aviation—and about 95% of that focused on Boeing platforms, the agreement supports continuity of supply for frequently serviced systems such as door latch cables, VSV/VBV engine cables, lavatory drain and speed brake cables, and complete mechanical actuator and control solutions.
