Maintenance Program Development and Management

Utilizing Boeing Maintenance Performance Toolbox application, AES offers development of tailored Aircraft Maintenance Programs (AMP) customized to each customers business and regulatory requirements. In addition, we offer ongoing management of our customers AMP including processing of AMM, MPD and airline task card revisions, ensuring customers are positioned to utilize the latest OEM data and standards.

Maintenance Management System Integrations

Fully Engineered EOs and Task Cards

Our fully engineered Engineering Orders (EOs) and Task Cards account for all requirements and data necessary to efficiently and effectively implement Service Bulletin modifications. EOs include all applicable pre and post implementation requirements, including materials, facility, skills and manual(s) change requirements. Our custom Task Cards include optimized requirement sectioning, sequence of accomplishment, identification of parts and tools, warnings and cautions, special signoff requirements and staged work instructions with applicable graphics. Ultimately, our fully engineered task cards enable our customers' mechanics and technicians to focus on effective implementation of the modification leaving the engineering to us.

Maintenance Material and Tooling Analysis

Do you perform your work statement in a customer’s Maintenance Management System (MMS)?

Yes, we can perform the scope of work in the customer’s MMS. We have experience in the major maintenance management systems. We are also able to perform the majority of our work statement utilizing only Toolbox. Please contact for further details.

Do you provide full Part-M Subpart G CAMO services?

No, we are not a subcontracted CAMO at this point. Our services are developed to optimize and/or subsidize your organizational business processes. We work with our customers to ensure that our deliverables are aligned to your approved processes.

What applications do you use for the services you provide in maintenance business intelligence dashboards?

We primarily utilize an internal application hosted within the Boeing network or lead customers through developing dashboards on their network utilizing PowerBI.
