Military Sustainment Benchmark

Weapon System Operational Model (WSOM)
A proven service engagement to reach mission readiness

Solve readiness challenges with Sustainment Benchmark

Military sustainment operations involve diverse stakeholders, data projects, and support systems. Not understanding all the moving parts and inter-relationships of your operation can adversely affect mission readiness.

Sustainment Benchmark - Weapon System Operational Model (WSOM) is a service engagement that creates a full understanding and scope of your sustainment program, identifying all key functions and roles, uncovering any challenges that hinder performance, and finding opportunities for continual improvement.

Through comprehensive, in-person workshops, we help your organization map out all functional areas, roles and interdependencies between key stakeholders. The engagement also identifies and ranks existing challenges, gaps and redundancies, and links them to the right solutions for resolution. All delivered in a proven, comprehensive model that is used for ongoing performance improvement throughout the remaining life of the program.
