In collaboration with the Royal Aeronautical Society (RAeS) China Representative Office and Shanghai Civil Aviation College, Boeing Shanghai introduces the renowned British modern apprenticeship system to train the next generation of aircraft mechanics.

The apprenticeship model-which has been used for decades across the UK’s entire aviation industry-spans from aircraft maintenance to aviation manufacturing. Tens of thousands of professionals have been trained to international standards through an integrated approach combining theoretical instruction and on-the-job practice.

This program reflects Boeing Shanghai's commitment to enhancing its technical training through the adoption of globally recognized practices. This initiative will align the company's technical training with international aviation maintenance standards, leading to a restructuring of its vocational training programs.
