Aerostructures Program Manager, Customer Owned Repairs, Boeing Global Services
Rene Iedema is an Aerostructures Program Manager responsible for the Customer Owned Repair and Aerostructures Exchange Program Business based at the BGS headquarters in Plano, TX. Rene joined the Boeing Company in 2017 as the Manager of Global Repair Services having responsibility for the component repair business in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. Prior to joining Boeing, Rene’s experience includes over 11 years with AAR and ST Aerospace holding commercial, operational and business development leadership positions and 6 years of airline and simulator experience covering a broad range of disciplines, including operations, engineering and sales.
Aerostructures Program Manager, Lease and Exchange, Boeing Global Services
Chris Wise is an Aerostructures Program Manager responsible for the Lease and Exchange Program at Boeing Global Services in Seattle, WA. Since joining Boeing in 2013, he has spent time in BCA Business Operations on the 747, 767, and 777 programs, Enterprise Supply Chain, and aftermarket spares offerings. Before his tenure at Boeing, Chris was an Account Manager at Dataworks Development, where he partnered with clinical laboratories around the world to provide clinical storage software solutions.
Product Marketing Leader, Boeing Global Services
Rani bridges technical solutions with customer priorities—crafting strategic programs that enhance operational efficiency and fleet reliability. She brings two decades of aviation expertise across the full aircraft lifecycle—from design and production to in-service support and operations.
Customer Marketing Specialist, Managed Parts Program, Boeing Global Services
Fan Wei is a Customer Marketing Specialist based in Beijing, supporting Boeing’s Managed Parts Program. He works closely with airline customers across the globe, using Boeing’s value analysis tools to evaluate solutions that drive efficiency and reduce lifecycle costs. With over 20 years of experience at Boeing, Fan Wei has held roles in business development, IT, program management, and regional marketing. His broad expertise and deep understanding of Boeing’s aftermarket services make him a trusted partner to airlines seeking to optimize operations and unlock long-term value.
Sales Director – Managed Parts Program, Boeing Global Services
Shameer Mohamed serves as the Sales Director for Boeing Global Services, focusing on the Managed Parts Portfolio. With over 30 years of experience in materials management, particularly with rotables and high-value assets, he has worked with major airlines in the Middle East prior to joining Boeing. He is currently based in the Middle East and is an integral part of the Boeing sales team.
Sales Director – Managed Parts Programs, Boeing Global Services
Alex Adibi is a Sales Director for Boeing Global Services supporting our Managed Parts Programs. He has been in the aviation industry for nearly 40 years, with several US Operators, OEM and currently with Boeing for over 32 years, in multiple roles, from Structural Engineering, Service Engineering, Sales, including 16 years as Customer Support Base Manager in France, Oman, Turkey and India, allowing him to support customer’s operations and challenges up close.
