Frequently asked questions
How long does it normally take to implement the solution?
Fuel Analytics implementation typically takes approximately three months, from the project's kick-off meeting to when the customer is provided access to the solution with validated historical data. Our dedicated sales team can speak with you about how quickly Fuel Analytics can be implemented for your operation.
Does Fuel Analytics allow customization?
Yes, Fuel Analytics allows users to set up customized reports and dashboards using 650+ data parameters per flight. The solution is also customizable during implementation (e.g. to caveat in SOPs or operational restrictions the customer may have), and the user interface can be completely unique for each customer when it comes to the navigational panel, user roles and user rights.
What types of airplane models are available for the Fuel Analytics solution?
Fuel Analytics is a system and fleet agnostic solution able to process and provide analysis to any commercial airplane model.
What type of platform does Fuel Analytics use?
It uses the Fuel Analytics Platform, which is composed of several advanced analytics solutions that are built around a secure common processing core. This cloud-based platform automatically ingests large volumes of Quick Access Recorder or Continuous Parameter Logging (QAR/CPL) data, as well as additional contextual data sources for advanced analysis, including flight plans, load sheets, pilot reports and many more.
What other solutions does Fuel Analytics integrate with?
- Emissions Reporter – Fuel Analytics data can be used to automatically populate Emissions Reporter avoiding manual uploads of data.
- FliteDeck Advisor – FliteDeck Advisor data can be made available for analysis as an additional data set under Fuel Analytics allowing airlines to run custom analytics using FliteDeck Advisor data parameters.
- Boeing Developer Tools – Fuel Analytics offers a series of APIs available through the Boeing Developer Tools (BDT) portal, giving customers the ability to integrate Fuel Analytics data into other systems such as EFBs or flight planning tools.
