Agreements with ANA announced today include:
- A renewal contract for Airplane Health Management for its entire 787 Dreamliner fleet and an expansion of AHM coverage to include its 777 and 737 fleets. Since 2011, ANA has been using AHM and associated tools to monitor and proactively manage maintenance operations across its 787 fleet.
- Expanded strategic collaboration around predictive maintenance to improve fleet performance and reliability.
“We are pleased to extend and expand our partnership with Boeing to further strengthen our predictive maintenance capabilities,” said Tatsuhiro Shioda, vice president & general manager, Aircraft Operations, Engineering and Maintenance of ANA. “By combining ANA’s operational experience with Boeing’s digital and analytics expertise, we will better anticipate maintenance requirements and deliver greater reliability to our customers.”
“ANA has long been a valued collaborator and key development partner and helped shape the predictive maintenance capabilities we offer today,” said Lindsey Douglas, vice president, Cabin, Modifications, Maintenance & Digital Services, Boeing Global Services. “Together we’ll continue to drive innovations that reduce disruptions, increase fleet readiness and enhance the passenger experience.”
