Istanbul campus guest services
Guest Services is located on the ground floor at Reception and can assist with most issues and questions that arise.
Guest Services can also be reached by phone at +90 (212) 4636363/15085.
Lobby receptionist
The lobby receptionist can answer your questions, assist you with lost items, and find storage for your luggage. The receptionist can be reached at +90 (212) 4636363/15085. Lobby hours are 7:00 a.m to 8:00 p.m, Monday through Saturday.
Alcohol
Absolutely no alcoholic beverages are allowed on Boeing premises or on Boeing transportation.
ATM
There is an on-site ATM located in the -1 floor for your convenience.
Banking
Please contact the staff where you are staying for any needed banking information. For your safety, please do not carry large amounts of cash on your person and practice situational awareness in public spaces.
Boeing Gift Store
The Boeing Store is found online at https://www.boeingstore.com/.
Cameras
The use of personal cameras, both still and video, is not permitted on Boeing grounds unless specific permission has been granted.
Food services
The Dining hall serves lunch between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
There is a Separate coffee shop serving hot and cold drinks and a selection of sandwiches, baguettes and snacks from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Starbuck Coffee machines are available 24/7 in the Main Lounge area in the 1st floor. Vending machines are also available with a variety of snacks, together with hot and cold drinks. Guest Services can provide details of takeaway services and local eateries.

Medical services
If you become ill during training and require medical assistance and/or cannot attend class, please notify your instructor and Guest Service Representative. Please be aware that private treatment may be at your own expense.
Alternatively, if you fall ill while on campus, please dial +90 212 4636363/14547 for campus medical team or a dedicated ambulance service +90 212 4636363/11212.
Smoking policy
Use of any tobacco-containing product, for example but not limited to pipes, cigars, chew, snuff, snus, cigarettes, and vaping, is not permitted inside the training center. Please follow directions to the designated smoking areas.
Training materials
Depending on your training program, at the end of training you may be eligible to have Boeing arrange shipping of your training materials to an address provided. Please contact your instructor for more information.
Transportation
Transportation is available to and from accommodations either by using a prior arranged shuttle, by taxi, or by public transport. Please notify Guest Services at Reception to arrange a taxi pickup from the training center.
Travel and ticket arrangements
If assistance is needed with travel reservations, please contact the airline. Boeing cannot make personal travel arrangements for students.

Evacuation/shelter-in-place
Take responsibility for knowing what to do in the event of an evacuation or shelter in place. Shelter in place is an event where it is safer to stay inside in a designated area such as a conference room away from external hazards. Please see the Building Evacuation Map and Evacuation Plan for more information.
Field trip guidelines
If your course includes a field trip, Boeing respectfully requests your cooperation by observing the following procedures:
- Please remain in your assigned groups.
- Do not open compartments, operate systems, remove components, etc.
- Your instructor will check with production supervision for any special requests.
- Observe and comply with all safety requirements.
- Respect Boeing employees' need to perform their required tasks.
- Hard-soled shoes must be worn on field trips (i.e., open-toed sandals or high-heeled shoes are not allowed).
- Protective glasses and ear plugs must be worn in designated areas.
- The use of personal cameras, both still and video, is not permitted on Boeing grounds.
