Flight Training

Recurrent Training courses

Building resilience through competence, confidence, and connection

Maintain currency with CBTA-integrated Recurrent Training

Created by Boeing, the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), our Recurrent Training courses are designed to refresh and validate the skills of experienced pilots and flight crews.

Featuring Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) principles, the program uses scenario-based training and performance assessments to reinforce critical skills, including technical proficiency, Flight Path Management, and Threat and Error Management.

Boeing Flight Training programs develop pilot competence, not simply by requiring a set number of hours but by emphasizing the mastery of essential knowledge, skills, and attitudes. This foundation builds confidence and fosters connection through collaborative relationships between pilots, instructors, and digital tools that promote continuous learning and teamwork.

Why choose Boeing Recurrent Training courses

  • undefined

    Boeing OEM expertise

Train with Boeing, the organization that designed, built, and tested your airplane. Every procedure, system, and simulator scenario is designed and validated by our engineers and operational experts, ensuring alignment with the flight deck philosophy.
