Yes, these manuals are the Intellectual Property of The Boeing Company. They are provided to the customer for internal use only, specifically for the training of employees and contracted customers during the Term of this Agreement.
Boeing is responsible for keeping airplane manuals up to date. However, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements for where they operate.
Customers that pass our internal four-part vetting process will need to execute a Hardware Material Services General Terms Agreement (HMSGTA), Supplemental License Agreement (SLA) and Technical Consulting Agreement (TCA) prior to accessing the flight training manuals. Additionally, all customers will need to have a minimum aviation liability insurance.
The subscription will be available for five (5) years. Once your subscription expires, all Boeing materials must be returned or destroyed. To renew or extend your subscription, please contact our sales team.
