Frequently asked questions
Computer-based training courses are available for 737NG, 737 MAX, and 787 Dreamliner models. Computer-based training courses for 747-400, 747-8, 767, 777-200/300, and 777X models are still in development with estimated completion dates between Q4 2023 and Q4 2024.
Computer-based training courses can be accessed on Android devices, iOS devices, and desktop computers (PCs). There are certain operating requirements needed for PCs. Wi-Fi or a wired internet connection is required to access computer-based training courses.
Computer-based training is available through three different licensing options.
- Per Seat/Per Crew License
Priced for a preset number of end-users and accessed exclusively through Boeing's Learning Management System (LMS).
- Annual License
Grants access to applicable computer-based training course for one year from contract start date. There are no limits on end-user count; Annual License covers the entire enterprise. Content is provided to customer for download into own LMS to begin consumption.
- One-Time License
Grants access to applicable computer-based training course in perpetuity. There are no limits on end-user count; One-Time License covers the entire enterprise. Content is provided to customer for download into own LMS to begin consumption.
