How do I register for Boeing’s Gen Fam course?
To register for our aircraft familiarization training, you’ll need an active Customer/Supplier Global Training Agreement (CSGTA).
If your organization has a CSGTA, simply sign in to MyBoeingTraining to buy a seat in the course. If you don’t have a MyBoeingTraining account, register online. Accounts are typically created within 1-2 business days.

Can anyone buy a seat for this course?
No. Your airline or MRO must have an active CSGTA for you to enroll. Contact your Boeing Sales Representative to initiate a CSGTA.
