FlySafair will extend its deployment of Boeing’s Maintenance Performance Toolbox applications to optimize operations for its all-Boeing fleet. At the 2025 Dubai Airshow, Boeing and FlySafair marked the continued value of their collaboration in applying these digital tools to boost maintenance efficiency.
Boeing Maintenance Performance Toolbox enables an interactive, single-source maintenance document management system that centralizes fleet maintenance data. An easy-to-use interface provides access to data – either with or without wi-fi access on site. It can be tailored to provide a selection of various modules based on the needs of each airline’s maintenance operations and can also be integrated with existing maintenance planning systems.
“Operational reliability is fundamental to our success, and efficient maintenance processes are at the heart of that,” said Elmar Conradie, Chief Executive Officer, FlySafair. “Tools like Boeing’s Maintenance Performance Toolbox help ensure our teams have the information they need, when they need it, which directly supports our position as one of the world’s most on-time airlines.”
“FlySafair clearly understands how effective maintenance processes can play a key role in reaching their outstanding on-time performance achievements,” said Crystal Remfert, Senior Director, Boeing Digital Services. “As the FlySafair team continues their journey toward another decade of success, we are excited to help them continue to drive more efficient operations supported by our Boeing Maintenance Performance Toolbox solutions.”
