Her team develops technologies that help airlines turn aircraft intelligence into operational decisions that improve fleet reliability, operational efficiency, and aircraft lifecycle performance. The Boeing Digital Services portfolio includes solutions spanning maintenance, flight operations, strategic advisory services, and customer success.
Crystal works closely with airline customers around the world to advance digital capabilities that help operators reduce disruption, improve efficiency, and keep aircraft earning throughout their lifecycle.
